Why MyBLOOMates?

Women aged 55+ especially “bloom” when sharing life’s moments with their “mates.” It’s no secret that meaningful and trustworthy relationships lead to ever greater health and wellbeing while also alleviating loneliness and boredom! “Bloom” is a wellness-based message and perspective dedicated to the changes women experience often linked to aging and menopause. “Mates” refers to the close friends or roommates we gals may have once experienced as young women in college or in life, just starting out. 

MyBLOOMates Community is a place to share experiences both enjoyable and challenging, and a place to connect with friends in ways not available or as interesting anywhere else. By sharing health and wellness news, creative ideas, developing friendships and collaborative opportunities online and IRL, this community provides the discussions, the friendships and helpful guidance to stay engaged in this important stage of life.
